Reintegration Therapy
Reintegration Therapy
Reintegration Therapy is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to help families reconnect and rebuild relationships after periods of separation, conflict, or estrangement. The therapy focuses on restoring trust, improving communication, and fostering healthy family dynamics through guided sessions tailored to each family’s unique needs.
The service is for families experiencing estrangement due to high-conflict separation, parental alienation impacting their children to often face emotional wounds, past hurts and disrupted bonds. This therapeutic approach involves a structured process of healing, communication, and attachment building, with the ultimate goal of re-establishing a positive connection between the child and the rejected parent, where conventional methods have not been successful.
If you are a parent, child, or family member struggling to restore a fractured relationship, especially in cases involving high conflict, misunderstandings, or complicated emotions wounds, Reintegration Therapy is one of the best way to repair such relationships. It is ideal when both parties are committed to working toward reconciliation but need expert guidance to navigate sensitive issues within a safe space.
Reintegration/Reunification Therapy (RT) –
RT sessions will be charged at a rate of $250 per hour (+ HST). A set travel fee will be charged for interviews taking place at home, school or other community locations. A parent can expect that the RT process typically takes a minimum 90-180 days; but this is dependent on which stage the family might be at in these therapeutic sessions (ie. parents, their Counsels and the therapist may not seem this to be beneficial at the end of the first 90 days of this process or wish to choose another therapist or not agreeable to follow through with the therapist’s recommendations). These sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
In order to commence the therapeutic process, an up-front retainer fee of $6,000 is required. Parents usually pay through Interac e-transfer but they may also choose to pay by Bank draft, Certified cheque, major Credit cards or can use our 0% interest payment plan option (as indicated in our website).
Parents may agree to equally split the cost of the VOC or they may mutually agree to share the cost in another manner (e.g., proportional to income, one parent paying for all of it). The percentage each parent will pay for the cost of the VOC will be noted in the Retainer agreement.
